Denver, CO Direct-Hire $65000.00 - $75000.00 Hybrid

Job Description

Growing Denver law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least 3-4 years of civil litigation experience to join their team. Employment law experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
  • Draft and prepare discovery, disclosures, subpoenas, and pleadings
  • E-file in Colorado state and federal courts
  • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and case files
  • Assist with deposition prep, document production, and trial preparation
  • Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of civil litigation experience (required)
  • Knowledge of Colorado court rules/procedures
  • Strong docketing/calendaring and e-filing experience
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and litigation software
  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
  • Must currently live in Colorado. Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Offering a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
